Vallet Frères Pernand-Vergelesses is a distinguished white Burgundy crafted by a family-owned estate with a history stretching back to 1864. Sourced from the appellation of Pernand-Vergelesses, situated near Corton in the Côte de Beaune, this wine offers a beautiful expression of Chardonnay from a lesser-known but highly regarded village. Known for its excellent structure and versatility, it presents a full-bodied profile with a fine balance of minerality, bright acidity, and rich fruit notes. Expect complex flavors that develop beautifully in the glass. This is an exceptional wine, perfectly suited for pairing with rich poultry dishes, baked cheese, or traditional Burgundian preparations like pike dumplings. It is a refined example of classic white Côte d'Or.
