Vivir Añejo Tequila is a sophisticated expression crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, harvested after approximately 12 years in Jalisco. The spirit is double-distilled and blended with local volcanic spring water, showcasing a dedication to quality and purity. Its distinctive character comes from aging in bourbon casks for a minimum of 18 months. This process imparts a beautiful light amber hue and a rich, complex flavor profile. Expect an inviting blend of silky agave sweetness up front, layered with notes of warm vanilla, caramel, and gentle baking spice derived from the toasted oak. It culminates in a long, smooth finish, making it a perfect Añejo to be savored neat or over a single large ice cube.
