Hand-assembled in small five-barrel batches, this exceptional bourbon is non-chill filtered and proofed with unique mineral water sourced from the legendary Rosendale Mines of New York. Aged for a minimum of ten years, this 91-proof whiskey delivers a unique intensity and complexity. The aroma offers rich notes of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cream.
