This process involves resting the rum in a series of casks—including robust American whiskey, delicate Sherry, and refined Pedro Ximénez wine barrels—in the cool highlands above sea level. This unique maturation delivers a complex blend of rums aged between 6 and 23 years.
The resulting spirit is exceptionally smooth and deep, offering a sophisticated profile rich with notes of sweet honey, toasted nuts, vanilla, and dark fruit like fig and raisin.
