Zignum Añejo Mezcal is a unique expression crafted from 100% Espadín agave, distinguishing itself through an aging process that features both French and American oak casks for a minimum of 12 to 16 months. This meticulous maturation imparts a brilliant amber color and a refined, smooth character.
Unlike many traditionally smoky mezcals, Zignum offers a sophisticated and balanced profile. Expect complex aromas that blend woody notes with delicate hints of apple and a bourbon-like sweetness.
