Château Minuty is a historic wine estate located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula in Provence, France. Founded in 1936 and family-owned for four generations, it is one of the few estates in the Côtes de Provence region to be classified as a Cru Classé.

The estate practices sustainable viticulture in their vineyards, with a focus on Grenache, Syrah, and Tibouren for its renowned rosé wines. Benefiting from a Mediterranean climate and cooling sea breezes, Minuty produces elegant, fresh wines that are typical of the Provence style. Today, it is recognized globally for its premium rosés, including the iconic Minuty 281.

Domaine Villa Noria

Villa Noria is a modern organic estate founded in 2010 by two young winegrowers in Montagnac, nestled between the Mediterranean coast and the foothills of the Languedoc hills. The estate covers about 30 hectares of vineyards planted on basaltic soils, growing noble varieties including Picpoul de Pinet, Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah.

Since the start, Villa Noria has been practicing organic viticulture, avoiding using any chemicals in the vineyard. Their organically grown grapes benefit from a Mediterranean climate and distinctive terroir, producing vibrant, expressive wines. Like their crisp Pet Nat from their Basic Instinct range to the chillable Villa Maria Pinot Noir, and intriguing Amfora orange wine aged in amphorae.
