A Celebration Of Mezcal

Earthy, smoky, and layered with remarkable complexity, mezcal is a spirit unlike any other. Distinct from tequila, it must originate from one of nine designated regions in Mexico, most famously Oaxaca, where the craft has been perfected over generations.

Crafted from more than fifty varieties of agave, each plant is slowly roasted in traditional earthen ovens. As the heat rises, the agave absorbs the natural smoke resulting in the unique intense, smoky aromas of the liquid. Serve neat and sip slowly to experience all the flavours or craft cocktails such as Oaxacan Old-Fashioneds or Mezcal Margaritas.

Each bottle of Del Suelo Mezcal carries with it a story of the earth. An artisanal mezcal with flavours that transcend the agave and reflect the soil, climate and very land itself.

From a land distant and remote, the palenque (distillery) is nestled in a sun-kissed valley in the remote mountains of Oaxaca. Using time honoured traditions, the wild agave is harvested when fully mature and processed using traditional techniques. The result is a celebration of heritage, a tribute to the land and a testament to the dedication of the people who craft it.
